
Dan is President and Chief Executive Officer and has been with American Constructors, Inc. for eleven (11) years. In this role, Dan oversees the day to day operations of American Constructors with an annual volume in excess of $150 million, including serving as Project Executive for the new Nashville Symphony Hall, a job Dan has worked on since its inception more than five (5) years ago.
He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and has recently received his Masters in Organization Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. He has been in the construction industry for 30 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Associated Builders and Contractors, along with the Board of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce. Dan and his wife, Mindy have three children, Bridget, who is a student at University of Cincinnati, Brittany, who is married and living in San Diego, Brett, who is a student at Battleground Academy.

Lee is in his 18th year at American Constructors, Inc. and serves as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration. In addition to heading up the Financial and Treasury functions of American Constructors, Lee is also responsible for our Surety and Risk Management, the Company Safety Program and the Human Resources Department. “There is no question that the successes I enjoy are directly attributable to my tremendous staff and co-workers,” Lee states. “Margie, Janet and Rhonda manage the Accounting Department with great professionalism, and I would never be able to put the finishing touch on anything without my assistant, Raina.”
Lee is a native of Nashville and received his B.S. Harold is Senior Vice President and has been with American Constructors, Inc. for twenty-four (24) years. In this role, Harold has complete responsibility for overall coordination of construction projects assigned to him. His primary responsibilities are to ensure profitable and timely project completions consistent with quality and safety standards.
Further, he must continue the development of the organization and people under his direction. He will also advise the President on corporate matters. Harold has a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Engineering Science from David Lipscomb University. He and his wife Tammy have one son, Grayson, who is a student at Battle Ground Academy.
